Hydraulic Power Units
The hydraulic power unit consists of valves, a submerged motor and a pump, and is fitted with a ball valve to prevent oil leakage and a pressure regulating device.
Safety devices include the Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP) and the rupture valve. A hand pump, needed when the power is cut off or for manual operation, is also available as an option.

Oil Coolers
In hydraulic elevators, heat can be generated as the hydraulic oil temperature rises due to causes such as pressure loss from internal friction, viscous resistance and leakage inside the hydraulic pump; pressure drop in the controls and piping; pressure loss from passing through pressure relief and pressure-reducing valves; and losses due to motor efficiency.
Therefore, we recommend installing an oil cooler to protect the equipment, extend the service life of the hydraulic oil and maintain a comfortable ride.
