Cylinder Instruction Manual

75 kg/㎠Maximum working pressure
For hydraulic elevators onlyCannot be used for any other purpose

Precautions Before Use

This product cannot be used for any purpose other than hydraulic elevators.
  • The maximum working pressure of this product is 75 kg/㎠, so use it while checking the pressure gauge of the hydraulic power unit to make sure no higher pressure is applied.
  • It is a heavy object, so take care to avoid accidents when loading, unloading or installing it, and do not drop it or handle it with excessive force. We recommend using equipment (forklift, winch, chain block) wherever possible.

Checks Before Use

  • Check once more that the cylinder is installed upright and vertical.
  • Check once more that the fixing band is firmly installed at the middle of the cylinder.
  • Check that the piping is firmly connected to the oil inlet at the bottom of the cylinder.

Caution! Take care that no foreign matter gets in when connecting the piping.

  • Check the high-pressure hoses and piping lines for any oil leaks.
  • Check for foreign matter at the cylinder head.

Trial Operation

  1. First open the air valve and feed oil into the cylinder little by little in manual operation (low-speed operation).
  2. Bleed the air thoroughly until hydraulic oil comes out of the air valve, then close the air valve again.
  3. Operate slowly in manual mode until the cylinder is fully extended.

Downward travel must also be checked for any abnormality.

If any abnormal operation is detected at this time, please request after-sales service from us.

  4. During initial operation, slight vibration (during upward and downward travel) may occur due to friction; after 2~3 repeated runs, the vibration no longer occurs.
