Level Compensation Device

The viscosity of hydraulic oil changes constantly with seasonal changes in ambient temperature, the elevator load capacity and the cylinder size.

When the hydraulic oil contracts or a large force (load) is applied, the car momentarily sinks. And it does not recover.

In other words, the floor of the landing and the car floor are no longer level.

At this point, the level compensation device operates and makes the floors level.

In particular, when a large freight load enters the elevator on a forklift or similar, the car sinks and the forklift cannot get over the step.

At this point, it detects this instantly and replenishes hydraulic oil to the cylinder, restoring the landing floor and the elevator floor to level.
